What do you need to execute on, but keep avoiding or putting off? Is it looking for a new job, doing an important but not urgent task. Is it your social media content? Is it working on an assignment? There is always something we are putting off. Even if you are on track, working on your own, can be isolating. Bring to the session some productive online work to implement. How the session will run is, we will go around the group with quick introductions and sharing.
